Southwest Baptist University's campus in Mountain View, Mo., provides quality higher education close to home for residents of Howell County and surrounding areas. Classes are taught in the afternoon and evening, making a degree at SBU-Mountain View attainable for people who are in the workforce but pursuing higher education to open new employment opportunities.

Tuition and lab fees are due BEFORE the first day of the semester unless other financial arrangements have been made in advance.

Textbooks will be available for purchase two weeks before start of session on the SBU Bookstore website www.sbubookstore.com. Textbooks must be paid for when placing order!
Financial Aid: Federal and state aid
To receive any federal and state grants or loans for which you may qualify, including PELL Grants and Missouri Access Grants, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. SBU's recommended deadline for completing the FAFSA is March 15 for the following academic year. Be sure to include the SBU school code (002502) to have your FAFSA sent to SBU.

All students must meet with an advisor prior to enrolling. Call (417) 934-2999 to schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor.
Enrollment continues through the first day of the semester, and students may enroll the first week of class for an additional $25 late fee. For assistance with course selection, call the office at (417) 934-2999 for assistance.
Students are enrolled in class at the time of registration. Students will be notified if there is a course cancellation fee. The University reserves the right to cancel any course if enrollment is insufficient. All tuition/fees will be refunded if the class is canceled.
